Pacific Northwest Meet-Up

for Group Practice Owners

Date: Saturday, August 15th, 2026
Time: 2pm-6pm PST
Place: Shoreline Counselling in Fort Langley, BC

An afternoon event for group practice owners who are looking to build deeper connections within the community and develop stronger financial leadership skills so that they can lead their team with greater clarity, confidence, and ease.
Running a group practice means navigating constant decisions about your team, your finances, your clients, and your future. And every decision you make shapes the future of your practice.

The question is: are you making those decisions intentionally — or simply reacting in the moment?

When you’re overwhelmed, uncertain, or stretched thin, it’s easy to default to decisions driven by urgency, fear, or guilt. These emotionally driven decisions may create short-term relief, but they can create long-term financial issues in your group practice.
Our Pacific Northwest Meet-Up for Group Practice Owners was designed to help you move beyond reactive, emotionally driven decision-making and learn how to make financial decisions that reflect your values, are informed by your numbers, and align with your long-term vision — so you can lead your group practice from a grounded and empowered place.
During our time together, you’ll gain:

Through guided reflection and a dedicated workbook filled with prompts and practical exercises, you’ll put what you’ve learned into action and leave with tools you can return to whenever you’re faced with your next big business decision.

Following the workshop, you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions during a supportive Q&A session.

Then, hear from three inspiring BC group practice owners during a panel discussion featuring Steph Davis of Shoreline Counselling, Stefanie Iverson of New Ground Wellness, and Elana Sures of Open Space Counselling, as they share their experiences, insights, and lessons learned.

There will also be plenty of time throughout the afternoon to connect and socialize with fellow group practice owners over drinks and appetizers.

Space is limited. Register today to save your spot.

Hi, I’m Linzy!

I’m a therapist turned money coach. A friend once introduced me as “the perfect mix of spreadsheet and heart,” and I take that as a big compliment.

As the daughter of an accountant, I’m like half therapist, half bookkeeper. So when I went into private practice, I dug into all the ways to build a healthy business that pays for my life and always has extra money in the bank.

At the same time, I saw my super-skilled colleagues struggle with the money side of business. So, I put my lucky combination of people skills and money skills together to help therapists develop peace of mind about their money.

Since so many of us were never taught about money, I focus on the ‘how’ of making the financial side of private practice doable, and even super satisfying (feeling competent and calm about your money is pretty swell!)

Through my foundational courses, Money Skills for Therapists and Money Skills for Group Practice Owners, I have supported more than 700 therapists over the last 6 years in going from money confusion and shame to calm and confidence.

Are you ready to make grounded decisions in your group practice?
