Workshop for Group Practice Owners

Group Practice Owner

Grounded Decision Making

for Group Practice Owners

Thursday, August 27th, 2026
10am PST / 1pm EST

Live on Zoom (Replay Included)

Running a group practice means navigating constant decisions about your team, your finances, your clients, and your future. And every decision you make shapes the future of your practice.

The question is: are you making those decisions intentionally — or simply reacting in the moment?

When you’re overwhelmed, uncertain, or stretched thin, it’s easy to default to decisions driven by urgency, fear, or guilt. These emotionally driven decisions may create short-term relief, but they can create long-term financial issues in your group practice.

In this live workshop, you’ll learn a practical framework for making grounded, strategic decisions that align with your values, your vision, and the long-term sustainability of your practice.

Through guided reflection and a dedicated workbook filled with prompts and exercises to help you put what you’ve learned into action, you’ll leave with tools you can return to whenever you’re faced with your next big business decision.

How this workshop helps...

As a group practice owner, you’re carrying the weight of countless decisions on any given day — from hiring and compensation to growth and cash flow. When every choice feels high stakes, it’s easy to get stuck second-guessing yourself.

This workshop will help you move beyond reactive decision-making and give you a practical process for slowing down, evaluating your options with clarity, and making thoughtful decisions that move your practice forward with confidence.

During our time together, you will:

Uncover what's really driving your business decisions and identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck.

Learn how to move away from reactive, emotionally driven decision-making and toward strategic, intentional choices that support both your practice and your well-being.

Gain a clear framework for evaluating important business decisions through the lenses of your values, your vision, and your practice’s financial sustainability.

Hi, I’m Linzy!

I’m a therapist turned money coach. A friend once introduced me as “the perfect mix of spreadsheet and heart,” and I take that as a big compliment.

As the daughter of an accountant, I’m like half therapist, half bookkeeper. So when I went into private practice, I dug into all the ways to build a healthy business that pays for my life and always has extra money in the bank.

At the same time, I saw my super-skilled colleagues struggle with the money side of business. So, I put my lucky combination of people skills and money skills together to help therapists develop peace of mind about their money.

Since so many of us were never taught about money, I focus on the ‘how’ of making the financial side of private practice doable, and even super satisfying (feeling competent and calm about your money is pretty swell!)

Through my foundational courses, Money Skills for Therapists and Money Skills for Group Practice Owners, I have supported more than 700 therapists over the last 6 years in going from money confusion and shame to calm and confidence.

Are you ready to make grounded decisions in your group practice?
